The 1960s vintage style glasses look very similar to the Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck eyeglasses, but they don't have the extra rivets on the side of the arms, so they are probably a different brand/model.

Juliet, Naked is a 2018 British-American comedy-drama film based on Nick Hornby's novel of the same name.
