Sam Rockwell's character can first be spotted in Episode 5, but he doesn't wear the Ray-Ban glasses until Episode 6 of The White Lotus Season 3 when he and his friend Rick travel on the boat in Bangkok. 

At the end of the boat ride and in Episode 7, Rockwell's character changes to another pair of sunglasses, the Ray-Ban Bill sunglasses.
