The Oliver Peoples OP-13 glasses worn by Joseph Gordon-Levitt have a tortoise frame, specifically the Sycamore color as OP calls it. But the same model is available in darker tortoise (semi matt Atago) and a brighter tortoise (Dark Amber) as well.

The glasses have two rivets on each side and on the front. Originally released in 1993, and re-introduced recently, this is a classic Oliver Peoples style.
